I was just reading the latest newsletter from Best Friends Animal Society. They were given care and custody of some of the dogs seized from Michael Vick. Many of these dogs stand a good chance of finding forever homes thanks to Best Friends...they've named these dogs the "Vicktory Dogs"...and rightly so. They mentioned how they're now utilizing a new pet product called Top Tag for the Vicktory dogs, to more efficiently track each dog's medical and behavioral progress. Top Tag is basically a digital pet ID that contains useful information about your dog....you can put whatever you need to put on the tag,everything from medical history to important care information. I think this is one genius idea...and not a moment too soon :)
