We had a very sad animal neglect case right here in Tennessee a couple of months ago...right here in my own county. I've been following this situation because this case was particularly horrifying. I'm sick and tired of those guilty of such cruelty getting a slap on the wrist. The case recently was heard in court and will be going in front of a grand jury.
